My New Etsy Shop!

It's been a REALLY long time since I have been on my blog. There have been lots of changes in my family lately and I haven't had time to do much crafting or blogging. Please forgive my absence recently.

Card Box

For Christmas, my husband asked me to make him a box to store all of the cards that I make for him. I've been busy, but this morning I decided to get going on it.

Currently, my husband keeps the cards I make for him on his nightstand. They get dusty, fall off the nightstand, get lost or ruined, etc.... not ideal and it kind of makes me sad that he doesn't take better care of them after I put a lot of love into them.

So, here is what I came up with...

Last night, I got word that the youngest daughter of a very close friend and practically family member has a very sever ear infection. I immediately got crafting! I'm hoping this card will put a smile on her face and help her forget about her pain.

My Pink Stamper Feathered Friend Challenge

Good morning! A couple days ago, My Pink Stamper started a challenge to create something using a feathered friend :) I'm finally getting around to participating in this challenge...it's been a busy week for us. Here is my submission. I really like how to turned out. Very cutesy!

Counting Down...

I can't believe it is already March!!! This means that there are only 24 more days until my daughter's 1st birthday and 25 days until her birthday party! Looking at the calendar this morning, I suddenly got a little panicky that I hadn't finished her invites yet! So, right now while she is napping, I am crafting :) I am a huge "planner"...so making sure every detail of her party is planned is making me go a little crazy...but I'm having a great time!

Let's be clear....I'm not one of those crazy moms ;) I want her party to be special, but I'm not spending a ton of money. I'm excited to get lots of family and friends together to celebrate the birth of one special little girl! She is very lucky to have so many special people in her life that love her times a bazillion :) Her party is going to be a very fun day..I'm very excited!
